Moving in
Tell us which rooms are carpeted and whether furniture has arrived. Point out unfamiliar marks or odours instead of assuming their cause. We can discuss what is suitable to clean and what needs assessment before you make plans for the space.
Moving out
Share the handover date, room sizes, stair count and whether the property will be empty. Cleaning does not guarantee a deposit return or landlord approval; agree any tenancy requirements directly with the relevant party.
Coordinate the visit
Mention key collection, lift bookings, parking and other trades or movers. Allow for cleaning and drying before furniture returns or people need the rooms. Appointment availability and timing must be confirmed.
Keep the request specific
This service is carpet and upholstery cleaning around a move. It does not include a whole-property housekeeping clean, kitchen cleaning or painting. List any sofas, chairs, rugs or mattresses you would also like considered.

Your location, approximate carpet area, stairs, photographs of concerns and move dates. Explain any access restrictions or deadlines so we can discuss a practical plan.

Empty rooms make the carpeted area easier to describe and access. Confirm key collection, remaining furniture, utilities, parking and the date rooms need to be usable. Include closets, stairs and landings in the quote. Allow for drying before furniture and boxes are placed on cleaned carpet.
Define the handover scope
This service concerns carpets and agreed soft furnishings. List these separately from general house cleaning, repairs or painting. For a tenancy handover, keep your agreed item list and any receipt; cleaning does not guarantee a deposit decision by a landlord.
