No. Results depend on the material, cause, age and previous treatment. We explain the proposed approach and limitations before asking you to proceed.

Tell us what happened before choosing a treatment
A drink spill, pet accident, oily mark and colour transfer may need different approaches. Include the age of the mark, everything already applied and any change to the texture. Avoid vigorous rubbing or mixing cleaning products. If there is still liquid, gently blot with a clean white absorbent cloth and ask for material-specific guidance.
When an odour returns
An odour can involve more than the visible surface. Explain whether it returns when the room is closed or after the area becomes damp, and whether the backing or cushion filling may be affected. We discuss the likely scope and limits before treatment; fragrance alone does not describe or resolve the source.
