Carpet Cleaning in Toronto & the GTA

You notice the same mark every time you walk into the room. Or the carpet simply feels ready for more than its usual vacuum. We help you take the next step with professional carpet cleaning for homes across Toronto, the GTA and our surrounding service areas.

When the everyday marks start to bother you

Hallways, stairs and the space beside the sofa take a lot of daily use. Tell us which areas concern you most: visible spots, a darker walking path, tracked-in dirt or a lingering smell. We can discuss the carpet as a whole and give the problem areas their own attention.

A stain and a worn patch are not the same thing

A change in colour can have more than one cause. Cleaning addresses removable soil and suitable stains; it cannot replace worn fibres or reverse every permanent colour change. We look at the condition before setting expectations, so a cleaning quote does not become a promise of a brand-new carpet.

What the visit involves

We assess the carpet and the concerns you identify, discuss suitable pre-treatment and cleaning, and use extraction where appropriate to the material and job. Tell us about previous products, pet accidents and any areas that have stayed damp. Those details can affect the approach.

Do not forget the stairs

Stair treads, landings and connecting hallways deserve attention alongside the rooms. Include the number of steps and landings in your enquiry. Mention narrow access, multiple floors or anything that could affect equipment setup.

Plan for your household

Let us know which rooms need to stay accessible and whether the visit needs to fit around children, pets, work or a move. Drying varies with the carpet, cleaning method and room conditions. Ask about ventilation and when the cleaned area can be used; do not plan around an unconfirmed drying deadline.

Can every mark be removed?

No. Material, stain type, age, wear and earlier treatments all matter. We can assess the concern and explain the realistic aim before proceeding.

Start with the room that bothers you most

Send your room sizes or an approximate area, stair count, location and a short description of the marks. Photos of the whole room and a close-up help us understand the request. We also handle commercial carpet enquiries separately.

Hot-water extraction for suitable fitted carpets

Often called steam cleaning, hot-water extraction applies cleaning solution and extracts moisture and loosened soil. It is part of a planned clean, not a reason to soak every carpet the same way. Fibre, backing, condition and earlier treatments guide the approach. Tell us about traffic lanes, recurring spots and any damp areas before work begins.

How we plan the clean

An everyday refresh receives the same attention to preparation and quality as a heavily soiled item. Explore our complete cleaning process, including the two-stage treatment available for heavy soiling.

  1. Inspect and discuss. We look at the material, condition, care label and the marks you identify. Tell us about earlier treatments.
  2. Vacuum and pre-treat. We vacuum thoroughly, including accessible edges, seams and gaps, then give stains and heavy soil targeted attention. Suitable pre-spray and hand or powered agitation help loosen embedded dirt before extraction.
  3. Clean and extract. Hot-water extraction rinses and removes loosened soil on suitable carpets and upholstery. We use commercial equipment and adapt the treatment to the material and its condition.
  4. Review and dry. We discuss the result and aftercare. Airflow, moisture and fabric affect drying, so ask when your particular items can be used again.

Prepare your rooms and furniture

Clear small objects, fragile items and the route to the areas being cleaned. Tell us which furniture needs moving before the visit; do not assume large or heavy pieces are included. In a condo, confirm parking, elevator access and building requirements. Keep children and pets away from equipment and follow the drying guidance before returning items to use.

What affects your cleaning quote?

The number and size of carpeted areas, stairs and landings, furniture dimensions, cushion count and fabric all affect the scope. Stains, odours and access can also change the work required. A full view, a close-up and a care-label photo help us discuss an accurate quote. Ask what is included before booking.
